What is your point?
She has 142M shares counting warrants/options/convert. This is the "fully diluted" number, and on that basis there are 1.1B outstanding.
Looks like about 15% to me.
If on the other hand you want to talk about actual shares she owns, that is 30M out of about 560M outstanding. Or only about 6%.
NOTE: Before someone tries to come back with the SEC definition which has here 21%, that takes her shares as if converted against the non-dilluted outstanding share count. A legal number, but not real world ownership.
