Actually it is true. 2 billion is LOW for an OTC (used to be many billions more, but the genius of Sharp has reduced it significantly).
With the 400 shareholders that's only an average ownership of 5 MILLION shares apiece.
I have a lot more than that, as do many others. And nobody's stupid enough to sell now.
So yeah, the float is LOCKED UP TIGHT with the exception of a couple of flippers looking for beer money.
Sometimes you just gotta do the math.
