That should be right. I did verify that exact float number through the TA in August but the only thing we absolutely know is true right now is the O/S of 61,633,577. We are trusting the company that the float remains at 21,744,502 and thus no new restricted shares have come due. I think that is a reasonable assumption at this point. O/S = Res + Float.
