Longfellow, thanks for this great post. I can understand the perceived desire of LP to be autonomous, especially if she thinks that she has better knowledge of what direction she wants to take with this therapy in the future. A buyout would restrict her freedom as to the pursuit of the future goals and course. There might be a personal bias in my statements as I have preferred positions in the past which gave me the largest autonomy to make decisions in my area of specialization. On the other hand, that doesn't mean that there won't be a buyout if the offer is right.

LongFellow

I agree with much of your sentiment... In my original DD that went on for 4 months before my first purchase one of the notes I made about LP was my feeling that she would not sell but had the desire to build a gigantic company ... reading this MB does bring about confusion on what is reality... that said now a long 2 plus years later with more than 1000 hours of MB confusion I still hold that belief...

however... we are all in a constant change of circumstances

This has been the most enlightening and entertaining experience with all the ups and downs of my gambling career.

LP's husband is a billionaire. She may not even give away 20% of the company for money. She certainly knows what she got. I agree with you and I am with LP as long as she is with NWBO. After seeing BMY and Abbvie failed miserably in their pursuit of nGBM while we see huge efficacy in the blended paper, I firmly believe we are in here for a huge ride. When we conquer GBM, it is certain we win all solid cancers. Let the MMs and shorts play all they want but their days are numbered, imo.
