That scam artist thing is a joke! Stravos probably told that guy he wasn't paying him a measly 5k for whatever junk that guy was trying to pawn on him and the guy got mad. Stravos and the company deal in real size and money. 5k is a rounding error. For example, look at the employment agreements of the folks that run the merged companies that are cranking out revenues. Go to EDGAR I have talked to stravos before too (not meaning he couldn't be a ruthless biz man) but do you think this company would have spent all this money (huge expenses) to get SEC compliant? That cost is a multiple of a multiple of that jokers 5k claim. you could probably google anyone like your neighbor, my dog, etc. and find similar made up junk.....
