The Term Sheet will not be a Huge Up Front Many believe but will support IPIX on thier phase 3 fund and help continue them and bring more credibility for other channels of thier platforms.
The trading volume shows to me that someone is accumulating and trying thier best bring up the PPS Slowly as possible. Everytime it shoot up they either short or sell on the bid to trigger stop losses and or play with the algorithms to continue to accumulate by taking away share from retail.
That is why I feel the technicals are in play as thier algorithms of buying and selling are maximizing their purchase price as well as shares without shooting up too high...
