You are right RStevens! That is exactly what they should do. Sometimes I feel really stupid for not thinking of something like that. That would solve all the buyback problems, clear out any motivated seller, etc. Everyone would win - including shareholders who keep holding.
They could do it at 3.50 or 3.80 or 4.00.
But to your point. I WOULD NOT BET A WOODEN NICKEL THAT VIRTRA IS AWARE OF THS OPTION.
You should contact them as it really does make a ton of sense.
