considering they are still very short on EC Units now

Really what evidence do you have that they are short EC equipment, have you been to the LaCoste facility recently to verify this? And perhaps you've been to Colorado Springs and verified that there is no equipment there waiting to be delivered or being built?

Seems like a lot of assumptions are being made on feelings and not tangible proof.
