Wow, you’re doing great. I have two condos in downtown San Francisco in Hayes Valley and a home in Marin. They are maybe worth $3M. We’ll see what the future holds but I’m only 39. I’d love to own multi-unit but here, the tenants have too many rights. It’s a risk I can’t afford at this time. We’ll see what happens.
