Put another way, my $3 million worth of real estate will be worth 4.3 million in 14 years assuming a 2.5% of annual appreciation and I will only owe $1 million. So, I will have $3.3 million in cash when I sell plus my investments, pensión, retirement, SSI incomes etc.. I think I’ll be ok.
But I’m still personally VERY disappointed in this stock.
