Re DKGR and EGOH relationship: only using Google, I found evidence of a relationship in the pre-Ken days, the most recent (old) evidence being that DKGR held an EGOH note.

shows that they had a deal of some sort (a $300K convertible note); and you can find a reference to this note on the ihub DKGR site:

I never found evidence of what DKGR did with that note. On the one hand, since a reference to it can still be found on the DKGR website:

someone could argue that they must still hold the note. But the info on that page is so obviously old that it looks like the DKGR web masters have simply not bothered to update their site with respect to the EGOH-specific information. It's hard to believe that they didn't dump the note back when EGOH shares were still worth more than .0001.

It does look like DKGR is alive, as they have fairly recent news on their business activities:

the latest item being from March 14, 2019. But someone would have to write to them to get the facts on the EGOH note.
