Liberated said it could close within hours which makes me believe all papers are filled and just waiting for auditors as you said. Once CigaWatt takes control we will get their fins soon after audited fins at that. This will looks good after RM is finished

Cigawatt is currently a smaller provate retail ‘mom and pop’ as so many stated. Odds are their books were not perfect.
