Actually, he was not sanctioned for that. One time for a late Request for Admissions response. In fact and based on the rulings, Maciora is winning.

When Eddie’s lawyers are denied their motion to withdraw which they will be, it will be another example of Maciora winning.

Based on the court filings, their abuse of the discovery act has screwed their own motion to leave Eddie’s mess.

The lawyers want out. Must be a rock solid case
