Maciora was warned not to abuse court resources. Any clear thinking judge can see through him. That's why judges ruled against him in Suffolk (where he made false statements and is now being sued civilly for same), and Washington, and why he had to agree to a lame settlement in Texas.
Maciora can't win in Sacramento because he's a defendant without a lawyer who continually shows he can't abide by the rules.
