and say your theory does end up correct and the company never collects any lawsuit money from ANYBODY (which I highly doubt happens). What is more important to the company.. Getting a small amount of money maybe 4- 5 million from each company 1 time per court ruling. OR getting network giants like espn, nhl network, fox for example to use our product every year on multi year contracts? that is recurring revenue and it wouldn't be a small amount I don't even wanna guess how much they paid per year to use it.
Yes, you are correct it was a "default" judgement; however, BRKK does own the patents to the intellectual property. Big players who are able to pay will get on board...makes no sense not to.
