There is no filing by MEC that opposes the Motion for Withdrawal. Maciora filed it, not MEC.

If I was a judge, I'd sanction Maciora for wasting the court's time with his verbose, wayward and irrelevant bullshit. He was reprimanded previously. Fingers crossed.
