According to their last filling , just
Before they filled BK, There was
$500,000.00 on the books.
And the fact that the BK was dismissed ,
Tells me that there was more value than
Debt. Other wise the judge would have
Granted the BK and the shares would not
Have survived. These are facts, and not
Just my opinion.
