last post about this,you said before they file,not after bk...there is no 500,000 cash left over the bk judge would make sure of that...you sound like you want to be a insider but your only a dreamer

There is no $500k left over on any books. Again the BK was not dismissed because they had more money than debt. The BK was dismissed for the same reason the judge stopped the Chapter 7 that was requested.
