There was no dilution since there was no additional shares issued by the company. OS is the same, just float increased since 7M of shares held by insiders were sold to institutions and accredited investors. Offering was @$14.8 and deal was closed today.. so the only people selling here at this level are people who don't understand basics like the difference between dilution and insiders selling in a controlled way via offering.
