Not sure if this is just a standard deadline for the Clerk of Court to respond, but it is showing a response from the Clerk of Court is due in 14 days from when the motion was filed (deadline May 29, 2019). I would imagine that the Clerk could sign off on the motion at any time though. Let's hope we see it this week. :-)
