Yes, any new store opening is huge.

Especially when every new location adds about $4 mill in revs annually.

The new game is very important as well, and every update is appreciated.

Remember, once you make a game, it continues to make money for as long as you can sell it, and S&L is in a unique position that gives them many advantages to selling their games.

Bottom line, that means more revenue for the company.

Also, they added more accountants and book keepers.

It is important for them to say how Tempe is progressing. Many investors have not visited even one location, let alone the new one in Tempe. We want to know how it’s doing, and what strategies they are employing to bring more customers.

Granted, the best way we can know about the success of the company is through the numbers. Hopefully we will see some of those numbers soon.

Let's take a closer look at the statement:

1. The new location announcement is huge.

- Yes! And more locations coming, many simply in various stages. Recognize the 'find the right spot and get a lease' IS A MASSIVE project in itself. Leases are seriously no fun, complicated and lots of lawyer time. The process of finding the right spot and getting that lease is a good 6 months. So, we will keep seeing announcements. I like annoucement after the lease is done and more on starting construction, that's the best part!

2. Shut up about Kill the Unicorns until something actually happens. This company has a history of announcing big news about board game sales and than laying an egg. I seem to recall a Wal Mart order that was announced and never fulfilled.

- Will disagree here. The KTU announcement was HUGE. Recognize the bigger picture what this represents:

Recognize a large portion of the pinks are just ONLY a morning company: A small R&D outfit that is yet to have revenues and little resources to get a production line / supply chain going. They typically need to dilute to keep the lights on. That would be a CORE company problem! Best case is dilute and the CEO is legit, puts the effort in the right places and preserves cash. Worst case, pump and dump toxic debt mass dilution and they never seem to bring in revenues despite over and over and over proclaiming big dollar future revenues.

It is AMAZING to have an entire new part of the supply chain!!!! This is incredibly synergistic with the rest of the company. Sell / Promote in own stores, recruit new game designers, build in house game development team. The relationship with manufacturing is better, smoother, faster.

AMFE essentially got an ENTIRE COMPANY for a freaking song! Now a whole world opens to increase revenues, brand strength, and synergistic use of the supply chain.

It really is like getting a whole new extra company, just folks truly need to understand the value of what they have done.

And to get it cheap AND have manufacturing for retail sales IN ONE YEAR is incredible.

Oh, but they must have diluted to get it? NOPE!

So, MASSIVE new REVENUE STREAM. SAME SHARES.......

On Walmart: it is false to say 'never' , the commitment and order HAS NOT CHANGED, only the ship date. Walmart was a customer before this order, and they are still a customer. KTU will simply be another first for our relationship with them; the first AMFE published game. THERE WILL BE MORE and the potential for Walmart to carry them across ALL stores!

3. Typical Roger stating Audit is expected "soon".

I will disagree: The exact words were:

CFO Squad and RBSM have been meeting frequently to finalize everything so that we can submit everything to OTC Markets. We expect this to be completed very soon

He said 'hesitant to provide a date' just means once bitten twice shy for pink markets. But the language is MUCH stronger and indicative of true final stages.

4. It is sad that big news these days is that one location now serves dog treats. Lol I cracked up reading that part. They were digging deep to find things to fluff up the PR.

100% Strong Disagree The primary demographic is the a generation of folks who have spent more on their pets than at anytime in history. Billions are being spent on pets, and the level of treatment to more like a son or daughter family member has never been higher.

It was an interesting and compelling bit of information. Bullshit statement to call 'fluff'. An insight to how the individual location is evolving to meet and exceed customer needs and wants. This is why they have 1000's of positive online review, this is why they continue to be THE MOTHERSHIP their is nothing fluff about it. Continued revenue growth for one location = a knowledge base for other locations to maximize their revenues. This is how to GROW a company to SCALE.

No it is not the same as We received a $1 M order from X, but I enjoy learning everything about AMFE, and its operations and philosophy. It also tells me they are waiting for AF to give us some of the more bigger pieces of news, as they should.

When one looks deep in to the PR, there is a ton. From my years and years in growth start ups and building companies and process, I know what this information means. More importantly I also know what it actually took to get there in the first place and what it means for the future.
