Very thinly traded stocks like this have their price action determined largely by things extrinsic to the chart - in this case, for example, it is the terms under which OASIS can sell which is much more important that which lines happen to intersect which other lines on the chart. TA might work well for stocks in which there are many traders and high volume, but outside of that, there simply is no evidence that it works.
