As for the BCSC dropping the charges it's a little late from them at this point.They were given the opportunity and decided to hang Johnson/MSX in their intended ploy of assisting Barrick with the fraud of title ownership for their Pascua Lama project.

Rather than press for dropped charges we will now go for a full crucifixion
of the BCSC and link that to criminal charges of abetting in a fraud.
