it is purely my opinion. But it is based on my knowledge of the BIEL capabilities and the description of the Naval product. This looks to be an adhesive product with biotech capabilities that can read the body's temp, heart rate, etc. I (opinion) do not see this technology as a core competency within the Bioelectronic Inc team. My opinion - this name was derived from and Activity Detection Patch. Acti Patch.
