Gxxxm is weird and in my 20 plus yrs doing this have never seen a pink do an mbo... Imo gxxm is in some kind of transformation transition. Hell their phone doesn't even work... WTF? Were operations transfered to pr### with gex going bye bye being replaced possibly?
New ceo stated they'll need to issue more convertible debt going forward so how are they going to do that if an mbo happens. Typical pink no ones knows wtf is going on.
Impossible also to chart because you don't have proper balance between buyers and sellers with debt shares flooding the market. All the debt seller has to do is call the transfer agent and he's up 100% not caring if the chart is oversold because it's not oversold to him...
The only truly good news I see is that there isn't another note till August so this should bounce after this note is complete. Imo I also bet they delay the filing since they've delayed if I remember correctly the last two...
