Martin, you said yourself you know nothing about HERB. I know these companies inside out. Hence, you are in no position to criticize my stock picking abilities.

Yes, these stocks are down 99%. But then again most Chinese companies are, if they haven't disappeared already.

Yes, statistically that means we don't have a chance. BUT... This is the China space. We are in fact in uncharted territory. As I have been saying. Nobody can predict the outcome. But the value is definitely there. I can tell you some great things about HERB as I can about SIAF. But the reality is, they haven't delivered so far, just like SIAF.

Martin I have been in the market for almost 50 years. Several decades ago I managed to increase the value of my portfolio by about 10,000% in less than 5 years. I now know that it was to a great extent due to sheer luck. I am convinced that you will not be able to increase your portfolio by 50% or more every year over a period of 5 years. Hardly anabody manages to achieve that. But everybody can have enormous profit from an investment due to luck. My impression is that those who bought SHMP some time last year had the chance of a profit of almost 10,000% in a year.
