Why would a lender who was already converting debt to share selling.... why would they stop selling to file a 13g... stock ownership documents, just to continue to keep selling... when no filing... that does cost money to file, was required.

So they were selling shares, stopped to pay for ownership, just to keep selling?

It makes absolutely no logical sense, and I’m glad people see beyond some crazy thought process.

Let me pay to file a 13g just so I can keep selling like I did before filling ownership... hilarious.
