That sc13g filing looks good for TTCM longs.
I see its already been discussed but wanted to throw this out there for people who don’t know what to think.
Normally, a note holder converts debt into common shares and dumps them so fast, that they never accumulate enough shares to meet the threshold that would require an SEC ownership disclosure statement.
The fact that we have a disclosure statement means that the note holder is willing to hold longer than they normally would.
Generally speaking, its a very good sign.
