Their just waiting as long as possible as they have to figure out how to write up their commentary to spin a productive story for what they did in the last 3 months. I guess a fact is they have 45 days after Q1 end unless they extend. Wednesday is the 45 days
They typically would report Q's in 37-39 days and we are past that.
