DVLP held fairly tight in a declining market and even with declining volume. Consolidation. The "news" will trigger the breakout. I currently have 250,000 shares and I'll buy more when that breakout happens. (I'm a 90% technical trader...)

I looked at DA$VC. I see nothing exciting there and it's not exactly in a hot market, unless Iran nukes Israel. You might want to check out the lightly capitalized and tightly held GR$YN. Great looking chart, much greater potential, and another waiting for the breakout news on a steadily advancing chart. DVLP and GR$YN are my two pot stocks. Both could go 10X this year. I'm not so sure about some of the lofty "pot-millionaire" projections posted on IH though. Too many people smoking pot...
