That's what tends to happen when equities get over extended either on the buy or sell side of things (which is not the case here) or have a low float/OS (does apply). The other reason would be the stage is being set for a huge swing in one of those directions. Looking at the chart and DD signs are pointing to the upside in which case the bid will narrow by increasing, the volume will intensify and the direction will be clear. That's when things get crazy in a quick manner as the path is "over confidentially" clear for the evident launch!!
