There has been about 50M dilution since January. The vast majority of that is the 6% interest on the 5M loan. At the current rate/share price, there will be 15M dilution/month if nothing changes.

It'll go where OTC stocks go to die, grey sheets. Noone should touch this as it is now, too many lies, deceits, missed timelines and no concrete plan, big middle finger to investors. Useless part timers is all it is.
