I'm not talking about a day's drop in price, dilution happens over time, it's the increase in share count and forces stock price to plummet when it occurs. I'm talking about the difference between .017 and .20 which was recently a bottom price for this stock. If dilution is in fact an issue, this can continue going lower to sub-penny, which is why I'm asking.
