If he had said that the stock never would have gone up over 9,000%. The “Harvest Report” was a big part of the huge run. At this point it’s been so long I can’t even remember it’s origin. I believe it was P.L. Either way Gerald knew about it for sure and didn’t correct it.

Exactly!!! "Sorry. SHMP management NEVER promised a full harvest report."

In fact they specifically said the opposite.

How do people come up with these things?
Complaining about made up, or mistaken, situations.

Putting the "harvest report" aside, SHMP changed their mind and decided to keep the shrimp in the tank. But inquiring minds might be able to get this info eventually from TPWD after SHMP files its annual harvest report for 2019.

Had SHMP harvested the tank and restocked it, they would have had...

...reportable revenue AND shrimp that would now be 2 months into their 6-month growth cycle that they would be able to show prospective partners.

Very shortsighted on SHMP's part...or else they had delusions of grand partnerships from their vacations in NOLA and Beantown which haven't materialized. Now, SHMP has lost at least 2 months on their time line. And they still haven't reported any contracts. Or the arrival of new PLs.

Lying Peter absolutely did promise. Many times he did. Right up to a couple days before the due date of Feb 28

Gerald and the other management saw exactly what he was doing and they allowed it to continue. the endorsed lying Peter’s statements with their lack of a rebuttal statement.

SHMP management knew the slick game Lying Peter was playing wiith shareholders.
