Thanks for sharing that information. The following post elaborates a little on the NGTF$ comparison: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=147084760

Compare the hypothetical FULLY DILUTED structure + valuation above for ARSN (to be renamed Yuengling's Ice Cream) to Night Foods (OTCBB: NGTF). Apparently, they sell ice cream too. Maybe our name + brand is more recognizable, maybe not. Sticking to fact; the NGTF Market Cap is currently @ $30,000,000 ... OVER 4x OUR FULLY DILUTED HYPOTHETICAL ... despite - from June 2017 to June 2018 (per their audit) - NGTF generating revenue of just $196,000 while producing a NET LOSS of $5,239,000 in the trailing 12 month period (TTM).

I understand the numbers from the above post have since been updated, but the NGTF comp speaks volumes.

I think most would agree with your quote:

Not knowing about NGTF before investing, if I saw NGTF and Yuenglings side by side at the store, I would pick Yuenglings as the name is more familiar. Generally speaking, the public would follow this same trend.

I agree, Consumers are already programmed to choose brand names. I just received my first online Yuenglings order this afternoon. Haven't had a chance to try the flavors yet.

To be clear, the ice cream is not a division of the brewery business. It was a separate business owned by a cousin of the guy running the brewery. Only the name is the same, so the brewery business has no interest in the ice cream business, financially speaking.

$7mil is not that far off a actually, per their last Q report they had $687k gross income, $2748000 per year for 33% ownership
100% ownership $8244000 per year if everything stayed the same and no growth occured.
That would all still be before any deductions
Just a rough estimate.

Were did these numbers come from?
If YIC is a private company, where did these numbers come from?
Manta is a site that anyone can log into and claim a company and then make changes to the info. listed for that company, RIGHT? (Now I really wonder how these numbers got there.)
Have you seen the reviews for Manta as shown on the BBB website. (Everyone should read the reviews.)
I'd say, this information does not deserve to be a sticky without something to substantiate these numbers.

I thought I'd show the link for where these numbers came from, so that folks can see what a professional accounting report they have. LMAO
