Here is a better article about the Proximex transaction. Oh and reminder, the Dutro Company left California August of 2011 or five months after this transaction. You be the judge if it’s a coincidence? I mean, established 1964 in the state of California, closes August 2011, find itself in Utah District Court May 2019. Sounds about right, yes?

My favorite line in this article: “Speaking with Security Systems News at ISC West, Kenning and Jack Smith, president of Proximex, emphasized that ADT will own, but not operate Proximex. Smith will continue to run Proximex, and will retain his 40 employees, branding, and its relationships with customers, manufacturers and vendors.
“Proximex will remain agnostic and independent,” Smith said. How will the two companies ensure that there’s no conflict? “We’ll put the proper firewalls will be put in place,” Kenning said. “Competitive information will not be passed back to our ADT sales organization. That’s Jack’s and my credibility at stake...We’re not going to do that.”

Blahahahahaha. Not going to do that...really? Tell it to the Judge. Blahahahahaha.

Go SECI. Public record from years past really is hard to defend in court 7+years later. Tell it to the Judge.....Jack....Muah!

FYI: Valley Inception is one of the few companies I have seen where the registered agent resigned. Can’t say I have seen that before. Check it....public records....state of California....05/16/18.....Muah!
