Great question and Please others chime in here:

Lets start with the first part:
"Any chance this ends up being a lawsuit against the guilty parties instead of the companies they work for?"

In my opinion, the following are the parties associated with Case No. 119907606, Salt Lake City County, State of Utah

I do believe other parties can be "named" to the case but as of now these are the NAMED DEFENDANTS.

As for the second part:
"The parties themselves don't have much money"

This is not correct.

Please review https://dutro.com/
and this (someone else's opinion which I agree with) https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=145201670

Take a moment and check out http://www.proximex.com/ .....UM....who owns them? And when were they bought again? ANd who was involved in this sale? Take a read of this: https://www.securityinfowatch.com/video-surveillance/news/10485023/adt-acquires-proximex

Also, Valley Inception? Jack Smith? Ever heard of him? Check out the entities located at the same address as Valley Inception? Rather large I would say.

Reality Engineering and Rhino-Med are other entities in the puzzle that, by luck, are still open. This all begins at REDROVER SOFTWARE and the STATE of OREGON. The same place where Dean Dutro ran to in JUly 2017 to open a single member LLC in that state or the start of this https://twitter.com/exposedfacades?lang=en . Weird right? Durto's are a Utah Corporation? Wonder why he runs to Oregon?

Go SECI. Please ask any question you would like. I do it and it is helpful.
