Who said they know nothing about the JV? Did you talk to someone from the commision that stated this?

I didn't see a search feature on the site- did you come across a list of all the approved entities that Yong An was absent from?

I think I see why you're so interested in the National Chinese Development and Reform Commission.

The PRs state that "YongAn is one of the first investment guarantee companies to be approved by the Chinese National Development and Reform Commission."

Unless I'm mistaken there has not been any mention that they've "approved the partners for the JV" as you allude to in your post. If that is the case I can see why you'd think that they would know something about the JV but again I've seen nothing that supports that. The statement about the approval is general- not having anything to do with the JV.

If I've missed something that proves otherwise a cite would be appreciated.
