Does anyone know why the National Chinese Development and Reform Commission knows nothing about a JV with iPackets? Afterall, they are the ones that approved the JV partners in the first place (China Coal Information Institute and YongAn Investment Guarantee). If they approved the JV partnership...should they not have record of them doing so?

I tried to call Kanno today to ask him why this may be the case and was un able to get ahold of him. Has anyone else tried to reach him?

I will keep you guys posted if I find out anything further.
