"As stated on our twitter feed we were made aware of a wording choice in a message to an individual questioning Mr. Norm Bour’s involvement with us and Liberated Solutions. At this juncture we will NOT be releasing the direct role we are negotiating with Mr. Bour to hold in the new LIBE post hard close, but due to the wording that was used we will take a moment to verify that we are in fact negotiating with Mr. Bour to fill a significant role in the company. This deal, once closed, will be of a huge benefit to CigaWatt, LLC going forward as we work to grow our connections into the co-op & franchising pathways. There is still plenty of logistical & strategical pieces that we are working on as the audit process progresses and we near the full hard close and the impending changeover from a private into a public company. We are doing as much as we can to keep everyone as informed as we are able and as quickly as we are able to, however with information like this we simply were not and are still not ready to go into any further details. We sincerely hope that the public and current shareholders of Liberated Solutions, Inc can understand and respect the delicate nature of these negotiations and the need to hold most details from public release until contracts are fully negotiated and signed.
