The last place anyone doing real DD goes for information is the principals/insiders - if you are expecting them to be truthful - just send them a check and save your transaction fees.

Cigawatt is two tiny Vape shops with minimal revenue - nothing that will get savvy investors excited.

The RM is a likely possibility, no doubt. Will we see massive dilution on the news, though? I guarantee it!!

Will there be any value in this stock? Can two vape shops carry the financial burdens involved with running a public company? Would anyone want to actually license the brand name Cigawatt? WillNorm Bour be able to give this company more than he can take from it? We’ll see, but I highly doubt it!
