Meant actual confirmation through documentation that this "Thackeray" is directly associated with the LT and/or the LT Trustee.

Unfortunately what you posted is just more of the same MB speculation that has usually been wrong in the past.

I find it difficult to believe this info cannot be accessed through some formal inquiry to the Delaware Trust Authorities.

Actually knowing whether the assertion is true or not would be preferable to relying on info that is incorrect.
