There are many hemp/CBD/Vape shops opening every month in each city - there isn't any need for anyone to pay a franchising fee.

Some just haven’t got a clue about this industry at all. No one is going to pay tiny little Cigawatt in two tiny little mid west towns 20K for a franchise. Cigawatt has zip to offer in return for the 20K.
