No need to worry, Daniel Yazbeck is nowhere near “the hole” when it comes to his investment in MYDX, he’s the winner (and investors are the losers).

Investor fraud is also illegal, but just like stealing, requires proof. Out-of-court settlements prevent that visibility. Conmen agreements to not rat so both can stay free on the street and continue taking advantage of marks.

Sanzeri did not leave Yazbeck in hole.

Who really knows what Sanzeri did, or did not do to Yaz/MyDx.

However it is fact that he is not the one selling stock warrants to pay debts (including Yaz's salary) nor is he the one not paying judgements awarded to vendors who had to sue MyDx for non payment.
