I think he should have to relinqish all that once the
DOJ / SEC investigation is done and those damages should be
returned back to Shareholders.


That would a nice even DEAL.

Might help him lessen his prison time.

The minute I heard Mercuria was getting involved back in JANUARY
I was all on board.
