"That is a good idea Simps, but how can we even reach out to Dr. Richard Staelin, and if we were to reach out to him would he be willing or able to take on AW! I'm assuming AW has controlling interest in BIEL, and there is no amount of shares that we can pool together that can wrestle that away!

Simps with your vast knowledge I'm thinking you might know away, or is BIEL doom to be under AW's control forever?"

Sorry for the delay in responding pennytiger, I needed to verify something and access some information for you, took a bit of time. I am advised I am somewhat conflicted because of various interests, but I can help to a small degree with a link to Dr. Staelin's Bio and an email for contacting him directly through Duke University. If something changes in my circumstances and I am free to assist, I will do so. The Bio is openly available on the internet and the email address through Duke.

I am told Dr. Staelin is a fine gentleman, is highly approachable and dignified in his manner and his career accomplishments are a good indicator of his capabilities, seems to me. I asked recently if anyone has an idea of how many BIEL shares Dr. Staelin holds and got no response. I assume he maintains a share position, since he is shown in the 2017 BIEL Annual Statement in Note 7 on page 12 in the section entitled 'Other Related Party Loans' as a Related Party. The Statement does not describe the extent of any holdings, unfortunately. You and others know the pertinent questions to ask, I'm confident of that!
