Greed. He was too busy selling stock to pay for his gambling debts.
Stupidity?...he was smart enough to run a highly successful stock scam with no assets, leased claims, no office, no properly registered stock, using a bunch of internet morons to pump his lies. Lies that were so easily ripped apart and exposed....and yet morons bought more stock.
Morons who lack an understanding of securities law that they still think there is some kind of trust when NOT ONE brokerage is liable for Urban's fraud. Not one. Ever.
