Warrants will split exactly like the stock does, and the strike price will change accordingly. Having a warrant with a strike price of $3.44, say the stock splits 2 for 1, you’d have 2 warrants with a strike price of $1.72.

I wouldn’t be so worried about a FS, though, ain’t happening for some time, and if the PPS did ever approach a point where there were liquidity problems with the O/S, an investor with a warrant and a lick of sense would have exercised them long before a FS was put on the table.
