AMEX is just one.... hearing will be held on June 4th @ 10am in front off Judge Wiles for them

AMEX original claim was seeking $22Million as committee for unsecured creditors.

More hearings and claims are coming bigger than AMEX.... like Deutsche Bank Trust Company for $95Million and US Bank National Association for $173Million via their own hired counsels so similar motions like the one presented by AMEX will be coming forward. They will also submit their respective counsels expenses for reimbursements similar to AMEX.

UTah Retirement Systems and their representative counsel Lowenstein Sandler is another big one as well but that is more towards the accounting fraud litigation matter.

Anyhow, looks like things are progressing nicely without any real concerns so far in terms of process so let’s let it play out.

Pretty sure that Mercuria will go along with whatever comes forward And address and agree to all claim settlements effectively and expeditiously. EPIQ seems to doing a good job of managing the RSA so far.

I’m not going to venture a guess on the payout but will stick to my original range assumed of $0.65 - $3 but nice to see some more in depth calculations being made. Dollars to Donuts, it’s still all but a drop in the bucket to Mercuria in the grand scheme of things.

LTU distributions might not all come in one fell swoop so they could be staggered as this moves forward. It’s not uncommon to see multiple distributions made as the assigned Trustee and board make their way thru the approved claims but it’s becoming more and more clear that e should be significant residual leftover for all 52Million common OS holders when all is said and done.
