P-Tiger, I agree. The FDA would be an insurmountable juggernaut if it's confronted with just demands coming from a bunch of shareholders, and a small company. I get it! But what I'm proposing is the formulation of a nationwide stink ball, which would expose the FDA's Actipatch stonewalling campaign. The whole country is acutely aware of the need for a product like Actipatch. I'm confident if the public, at large, were made aware of the dirty little secret of the FDA's behavior of stonewalling BIEL, they would make their voices heard with outrage. Let's do this!

GLTA!!!

P.S. BIEL needs to have their ridiculous behavior exposed, as well!

"That is a good suggestion DL, to form a board, I believe that the person that should head up such a board, should be someone with deep knowledge of the stock market and have a great deal of shares invested here. (I nominate Simpsonly)"

Thanks for the compliment tiger and to the lantern for good ideas, but wouldn't Dr. Richard Staelin be a better candidate? Check out his bio at Duke and the FDA and he's a past Director of BIEL. I think he resigned from the BoD around the same time as Mary Whelan a few years ago, Whelan's sister, I think. The man's very highly respected and clearly a genius and presumably holding a big chunk of BIEL stock. Anyone know how many shares he has? Logical choice in my book.
